Direction and Coaching
Drawing on 12 years experience in performance, dramaturgy, audition technique and direction, as well as his training from both The Guildford School of Acting and Bristol Old Vic Theatre School; Richard offers 1:1 sessions both in person and over zoom. Richard's emphasis is on making these both fruitful and affordable. Whether it be for that upcoming audition or just to keep your performance gears turning, the session will revolve around you and how you work best - no 'one size fits all' approaches to help you bring the most out of your performance. All ages welcome and Richard holds an enhanced DBS certificate.
To book a session, please do get in contact via the contact page with a little about yourself, what you're hoping to get out of a session, and we'll find a time that suits you.

Megan Sharman, Actor
'I've not had a better director to nurture and encourage the freedom in building a character. Working with Richard from a young age, he inspired me to become the artist I am today. Now at RCSSD, I find myself using techniques he taught me daily in order to improve my performance.'
Isaac Lock, now studying at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama
